Mesa has created a whole-person approach to assisting Transition Age Youth (18-24 years old), who are at risk of homelessness, or who are already experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. The program begins with providing a beautiful place to call home on Mesa’s 10-acre sustainable farm, and includes a variety of educational opportunities, vocational training, and community-based programs.
